Immunovative Therapies, Ltd. announced today that it has been awarded two years of funding by the Israel Office of the Chief Scientist. This funding comes after 3 months of technical and business due diligence conducted by the Misgav Technology Center. The Company’s technology was evaluated to have high potential for success by independent expert reviewers including Prof. Shimon Slavin (Hadassah), Prof. Ella Naparstek (Ichilov) and Prof. Yoram Reiter (Technion). |

Immunovative Therapies, Ltd. announced today that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Hadasit, the business unit of Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center. Hadasit and Prof. Shimon Slavin, Chairman of the Dept of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cancer Immunotherapy will provide the Company with laboratory facilities and technical support to conduct pre-clinical proof-of-concept studies in animal models of cancer. Immunovative will be able to retain ownership of all intellectual property and Hadasit will be granted an option for 3% of the Company’s equity. |

Immunovative Therapies, Ltd. announced today that it has successfully developed a process to produce a mouse version of its experimental drug AlloStim™ and will begin to test the drug in the BCL1 mouse model of leukemia/lymphoma. BCL1 is a non-immunogenic and aggressive tumor and is therefore a very difficult cancer to treat with immunotherapy protocols. However, it is thought that success in this difficult tumor model will translate to human cancers. |
