(Irvine, CA), a manufacturer of FDA-approved cryoablation devices and Pioneers Memorial Hospital (Brawley, CA) to collaborate on conducting human clinical trials of AlloStim™ in combination with cryosurgical procedures. |

Immunovative Therapies, Ltd. has announced today that it has raised $500,000 in private equity and has graduated from the Misgav Technology Center incubator. The Company now operates independently. The Company has also announced that it has hired 4 full-time scientists and has extended the contract with Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center for an additional year. The Company has also announced that it has entered into a contract with Tel Aviv-Sourasky Medical Center to collaborate on the development of the human version of AlloStim™. |

Immunovative Therapies, Ltd. has announced today that it has completed a series of experiments testing the efficacy of AlloStim™ in solid and metastatic tumors of BCL1 leukemia, 4T1 breast cancer and 3LL lung cancer when combined with cryoablation of a sample of tumor. The combination of cryoablation and AlloStim™ results in extremely effective therapy with cure rates of 90% in lung cancer and 60-70% in BCL1 and 4T1. |
