Immunovative Therapies announces today that it has received clearance from the Israel Ministry of Health to initiate clinical trials in Israel. These trials will be conducted at Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center.

Immunovative has received a notice of allowance from the US Patent Office for a biodegradable antibody-coated microbead product. Coated microbeads are a component of AlloStim™. This is the third issued patent on AlloStim™ technology in the USA. Patents are still pending in foreign jurisdictions.
Immunovative announces today that its IND application for Phase I/II clinical trials of its AlloStim™ immunotherapy has been approved by the FDA. Clinical trials will be conducted at Immunovative Clinical Research, Inc. in Carlsbad, CA in patients with advanced metastatic cancer.
Immunovative announced today that it has filed an Investigational New Drug (IND) application with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to begin clinical trials with its AlloStim™ product for the treatment of advanced leukemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma. Following clearance of the IND application by the FDA, Immunovative will initiate Phase I/II clinical trials during the first half of 2009 at its new clinical research subsidiary in Carlsbad, California.
